It's that time of the year that we start thinking about our little annual trip to Halls Gap in the Grampians. Lots of family, always lots of food, lots of walks and lots of hot chocolates down at the little shops! Halls Gap is lovely. So nice when the weather is cold, rugging up for a big walk up the mountain and having a 'picnic' at the top. Spotting kangaroos hiding in the bush. Stopping at the icecream shop on the way back! Then coming home to a huge open fire and toasting marshmallows! Hoping to get there before we go away on our big trip. Halls Gap is just lovely! I could live in a little cottage there for the whole of winter if I had the chance!
