Upon exploring an old shop in Abergavenny in South Wales, I found some hidden treasure! Three lovely old books, one dating back to 1887! My favourite is called 'Lad. The Story of a Border Collie.' It is just charming! And written in the most delightful way! Of course I own a Border Collie named Jack, so I just had to buy the book!

And being so far away from Jack while holidaying in the UK.....

Old books are amazing - I love how they smell! That's pretty amazing that you found one from 1887 though, what a find!
