Best Ever Baked Potatoe!!!
Last night I had some lovely baked potatoes for dinner! Firstly I peeled and boiled some potatoes (I used Dutch Cream potatoes) until they were quite soft. I wrapped them in foil and drizzled garlic infused olive oil and put a knob of butter on them and popped them in the oven. Then I cooked up some bacon bits in a frypan with butter and minced garlic. Out came the(now very soft!)potatoes and I added tasty cheese to them, along with the bacon and a good dollop of sour cream. Not very healthy but my goodness, Best Ever!!
