Hello!  I am finally here in the UK! After the most longest flight, we touched down and taken to Wallasey by some lovely lads who Sam is playing cricket with. They settled us into our new home, which looks like a funky boutique hotel but has such a homely feel, then gave us a tour of the little town we now call home. After a really nice meal at a pub overlooking the sea, we crashed for 13 hours! Jetlag had hit! The next morning we met Sarah who we are living with, who is just lovely. She has made it really easy to settle in.
On the weekend I caught the train from Liverpool to London and met up with an old friend Kirsty. I went to old London town!!!!
This was our view from the window of the hostel. This is part of the Kings Cross St Pancras International Rail Station, where you board the Eurostar to hop over to Paris! It is a beautiful building and I just read that Lily Cole, a supermodel, lives there! Here we jumped on the tube and went out to the O2 venue and sat and marvelled at Barry Manilow! He was an amazing entertainer and it was fascinating to watch the crowd who absolutely adored him! Alot of fun!
The next morning we joined a walking tour group and discovered the sights of London!
I went to visit the Queen! Quite a surreal feeling! Only a week or so ago I watched the Royal Wedding on TV and now I'm standing in front of Buckingham Palace!!!!
I stood at the front of the amazing Westminister Abbey where Will and Kate said 'I do.'
Did my own 'Changing Of The Guard!'
 There's Big Ben kids!!!!
As I sat beneath the London Eye, eating lunch on the green with hundreds of other people, I can not believe that I am in England! We walked all day and Kirsty showed me so much! Piccadilly Circus, Old Spitalfields Market, Covent Garden, St Pauls Cathedral, 10 Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, London Bridge and Tower of London! I rode the tube, I rode a Red Double Decker Bus! It is so surreal, but I am here!!!!!
