Wandering arounds the grounds of the Chelsea Flower Show we came across this Morris Minor Woody, much to my delight!
This particular garden was a tribute to the Royal Wedding of  Will and Kate.
And an insight to days gone by.....
When I was growing up I loved Morris Minors. They are quirky and I always wanted one!
I still hope to own one.....one day. Sam has an old Commodore that's on it's last legs and we use his car mainly to take Jack to the beach. The back seat is full of sand and dog hair and slobber!
I can just imagine driving a little Morris Minor down to the beach on a sunny day, windows down, the radio on, me and Sam barefoot and Jack looking out the window, the anticipation of the beach get closer and closer!
Yes, I would love a baby blue colored Morris Minor. It will be our new 'beach car'. His name will be George. He will be much loved by all of us. Now I need to convince Sam that our next new car will be a very old car.....

Haha, I love this post. The photos are gorgeous and having a beach car would be so much fun. Tell Sam that when my husband and I come down from Sydney to do the Great Ocean Road we'll rent that old car from you for the week!~

I love this post. My first car was a blue Morris Minor, and I just loved that car. I had it for about 6years, it was my pride and joy.
