Only a week ago we left the colors of Koh Samui, our last leg of our very big journey. 5 months travelling across the UK and exploring snippets of Europe, then some time spent in sunny Thailand.
Koh Samui gave us time to catch our breath and relax and also to reflect on the most amazing trip we have taken. We were so lucky to be able to take this momentous holiday.
Then it was back to the sleepy little town we love, straight back into things we love to do....
We were fortunate to get tickets to the AFL Grand Final and watch our Mighty Cats win, just a day after we landed. A little tired, a little jetlagged, but the best day ever!!! (I had told Sam in January, when we were organising our trip, that we needed to be back for the Grand Final, just in case Geelong were playing! So glad we came home just a little earlier!)
Oh, to be back into a routine! Loading up the car and taking the short trip to Ocean Grove for a quick walk along the beach.....
Hands down, we live in the most beautiful country ever. I love this beach.
The last 5 months have been unbelieveable, but I am so glad to be home. And I think Jack is happy we are home too!
