At the front of our house we have planted a row of Agapanthus. It acts like a border to our little property. They look amazing mass planted and they also mean alot to me. Many of them came from my Pa's house, which I rescued after he went into a retirement home, before his own home was sold. And at the moment they are all budding, about to give a wonderful show!
But last season, someone would continually break the stalks before they flowered! And after I came home from Nans house, I noticed it was happening again! So I was determined to catch the little...um...(sorry, but it makes me mad!) turd! And not even 5 minutes later I saw 2 boys about 12 years old snapping them, right in broad daylight! Right, thats it! I stormed out the front and told them (in uncertain terms) to stop breaking my plants! I scared one kid but the other one didn't seem to care. I was furious! And jumped in my car with my camera and drove up beside them, took a photo of the kid with attitude, (with an Agapanthus still in his hand!) and said, do it again, I'll show this photo to the police! I know that was a bit harsh and probably not appropriate but they are my Pa's flowers! Those kids were ripping away my memories, how dare they! I might be now known as the old evil lady, but at least my garden will look good!
