I came across this little 50's inspired frock in Ocean Grove during the week and thought it would be perfect for a wedding yesterday. Matched with a retro clutch and my most favourite (and only) pair of high heels, I was looking the part! Mind you, after discovering the knobby part of the heel was gone and after a quick dash into town to look for a new pair of high heels, I settled on wearing them anyway. I wore them on our wedding day and they are so comfy and I just love them!
The reception was held at Bellarine Estate, a gorgeous winery between Portarlington and Drysdale, overlooking the hills to Corio Bay. It was peaceful. The views were just lovely. The weather was sensational. The food was amazing. If I was to get married again (to Sam of course!) a winery would be the place to do it!
I would have to say that it was probably the best wedding I've ever been to! It was simple. It was a little rustic. It was fun. It was laidback. It was heartfelt. Everyone there, were just really nice people. A great group to celebrate a wonderful day for Ben and Tash.
They are going to love being married.....I do! Me and Sam laugh every single day. It's the best ever!
