My weekend started with a big healthy chicken and vegetable pasta dish, hopefully to get my immune system back up after a couple of yukky days with gastro.....

Yesterday did not stop drizzling with rain...and freezing, but today was quite lovely. So I took Nan over to Jack Rabbit, a little boutique winery overlooking the bay.

In one direction, views of Geelong, in the other, views of the Melbourne skyline.....

And straight ahead, the You Yangs.....the views were quite lovely......

After a very nice Hot Chocolate, with the Jack Rabbit trademark ears, and hearing that they were one chef down and meals were going to be a while, we scooted off.....starving!

A pub meal was in order and all roads lead to the Port pub for a hearty lunch.......

Not bad.....lunch at Jack Rabbit another weekend!
