I try and do the right thing and eat healthy.....but since Sunday I have had a snotty nose that never stops running, then two seconds later my nose is so blocked up, I can't breathe!
Then the sore throat started and then the last two days I have had an ear ache.....I love Winter but I do not love catching every type of cold possible! Neverending!
Even my best ever chicken, pasta, vegie and honey mix with half a jar of minced garlic has not worked! (Yes, lots of garlic, but I'm so blocked up, I can't smell a thing!)
Mind you, I've eaten it all week and as the week goes by it does taste better and better! It really is best ever....just wish it made me feel a little better. Oh well, hopefully the last two days of bed rest has helped....
