Slow Sunday...
Up alot earlier than this....
That time of the year had arrived to prepare the garden for our upcoming Christmas Day lunch.
We had already given the deck a really good clean and then it was time to put Jack inside so we could oil the deck.
Up at the crack of dawn so the morning sun could help dry the oil.
It was a long day for Jack.
But no little paw prints this year! So keeping him inside all day is worth it!
Then the garden beds got a good layer of mulch and the driveway got some lillydale topping.
And I got a good case of hayfever....
Eggs on the menu for breakfast
My secret to lovely scrambled eggs is some garlic, parmesan cheese and some cream.
And a slice of vegemite toast.
Yum.
Our productive day was all finished before lunch.
Lots of time for a snooze on the couch.....

That's my kinda day..a productive morning and then time after lunch to do whatever...snooze if you want to or read or blog or sew. A great day!
The deck is gorgeous, puppies can be a little painful around those sorts of things...
