Flowers for Friday (for yesterday)
After Sam moved the old washing line, some trellis and dug out an old dead tree last weekend, there was suddenly a little bit more space in my rose garden.......
so off to the Nursery I went!
I came home with this gorgeous Delbard rose. Its from the 'painters series' and called Edgar Degas.
Usually I am attracted to something with a magnificent perfume, but this has none at all...although its dainty petals of amber yellow and raspberry are quite unique.
I could have come home with many more roses......
if only I could hide them all from Sam!
