What a wonderful surprise a week or so ago to see the second of my flowering gums burst into color.....
so excited!
And then on the weekend.....good golly, the last of my gums have opened up to reveal the most vibrant red I have seen in flower!
The three of them look gorgeous,
and any bird that comes to visit our garden when they grow a little bigger will hopefully be as impressed as I am!
And I hope they bring lots of friends!
Oh yeah,
and this weekend I entered a photography competition to be mentored by someone who works for National Geographic!!
And all of this will take part in Muscat, Oman, which is an Arab state in southwest Asia on the southeast coast of the Arabian Peninsula....
Who knows where this could take me!
